As a Staff Software Engineer, you will operate as a senior individual contributor with broad organizational impact. You will be expected to shape technical direction, simplify complex systems, and drive alignment across teams and domains. This role goes beyond delivering projects, it’s about raising the bar for engineering at scale : influencing architectural decisions, ensuring technical excellence, and creating leverage by unblocking and guiding others.

Requirements

Key responsibilities include :

• Serve as the technical expert and go-to person for solving the most complex engineering challenges.
• Design and guide the architecture of large-scale, high-impact systems, ensuring resilience, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
• Raise the engineering bar by championing modern practices, tools, and frameworks that improve developer effectiveness and product quality.
• Conduct critical technical reviews (architecture, design, code) that safeguard quality and provide leverage across multiple teams.
• Mentor and coach engineers at all levels, enabling their growth and helping senior engineers expand their scope of impact.
• Anticipate and address systemic risks, dependencies, and scalability challenges before they impact delivery.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to shape long-term technical vision and execution strategy.
• Contribute hands-on code when needed, especially in critical or high-stakes parts of the system.
