We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRIS and HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Egypt. This dual-role position will be responsible for the effective management of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ensure smooth, efficient daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence.
Responsibilities :
- HRIS Management : Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.Manage user access, configure system settings, and troubleshoot HRIS-related issues.Develop and generate various HR reports and analytics from the HRIS to support decision-making (e.g., Quality of Recruitment, % of Achievement headcount, turnover, compensation reports, productivity).Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system upgrades, new modules, and integrations.Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities.Stay updated on HRIS best practices and new technologies.Strong Power BI skills.
- HR Operations : Oversee and execute daily HR operational tasks, including employee onboarding and offboarding, record keeping, and personnel file management.Manage and administer employee benefits programs (, vacation tracking) in compliance with labor law. (Preferred having experience in Saudi Labor Law.Process payroll inputs and changes, collaborating closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Ensure compliance with all relevant company laws and regulations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local legal requirements.Support performance management processes, including tracking and documentation.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or accountant or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in an HRIS role combined with HR operations responsibilities,
- Strong proficiency in managing and administering HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho People, HR Odoo). Specific experience with MENA ITECH ERP is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
