Job descriptionProvide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams and departments.Manage and maintain records, reports, and documentation in an organized and accessible manner.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when necessary.Support in planning and executing internal projects and business initiatives.Assist with procurement requests, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.Handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for management or teams.Monitor and maintain office supplies and coordinate with relevant departments for needs.Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met across different teams.Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for management decision-making.Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.5+ years of experience in an administrative or business support role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and accuracy.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
