Job description

Nasoft is hiring for MindHux, a talented UI / UX and Product Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, conducting user research, and translating them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of impactful digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Analyze user behaviors, needs, and pain points to design solutions backed by data and research.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to inform design decisions.
  • Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for digital products (web, mobile apps, etc.).
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and user insights.
  • Build interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Marvel, or similar platforms.
  • Conduct usability testing to validate designs and improve user experiences.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility.

  • Maintain effective communication to explain design decisions and align project goals.
  • Collaborate in an agile, fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail to deliver polished designs.

    • Requirements

    Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in design, Fine Arts or related fields
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI / UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools like  Figma ,  Sketch ,  Adobe XD , or similar.
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as  Invision ,  Marvel , or equivalents.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced agile environment.
  • Passionate about user-cantered design and creating impactful digital experiences.
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to learn and improve continuously.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
