About this Position

Supports the deployment of continuous improvement (CI) tools and methodologies across departments, with a strong focus on shopfloor execution, training, and capability building. It also contributes to site and global CI strategies by evaluating implementation, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of operational excellence through collaboration and structured problem-solving.

What you´ll do

Support and coach teams on CI

tools, methods, and Henkel Production Systems (HPS) standards to drive sustainable performance

improvements.

Participates in evaluations

of continuous improvement implementation, helps calibrate practices with

leadership, and ensures consistent application of standards.

Maintains the skill matrix,

organizes and delivers training, and supports capability building through

workshops and hands-on coaching.

Identifies, documents, and

promotes reapplication of successful practices within the site and across

the region.

Contributes to the execution of site CI

strategies and global initiatives, providing input on performance

improvement and obstacle resolution.

Collaborates with the

Continuous Improvement team to promote a culture of operational

excellence, driving innovation, structured problem-solving, and

continuous learning across the organization.

What makes you a good fit

Degree

in Engineering (e.g., Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing,

Industrial, or similar field).

1 –

3 years of experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing, or

related engineering roles.

Background

in digital tools and data analysis (e.g., Power BI) to support CI

activities and performance tracking.

Proven

ability to lead structured problem-solving techniques and coach

teams in CI methodologies.
