Research market trends and competitor practices in the entertainment field.Assist in staff recruitment, supplier’s selection and customers’ targeting Create new ideas for the activities to make a better customer experience by bringing in the best market practices in the entertainment field through research & assessing competition landscape & work on integrating findings in the branch operations Manage the convenience store in terms of planning, inventory management & cash management to be a key source of revenue for the branch Overseeing the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for park employees and the public3 - 5 Years of experience in entertainment fieldExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenIn depth knowledge of Entertainment Parks rules and regulationsHonesty, integrity and commitment to confidentialityExcellent organizational skills Strong leadership & analytical skillsStrong positive attitude & flexibilityExcellent computer skills including spread sheets, word processing and email
