Cover Teacher

The British School - Al Rehab is seeking a dynamic and flexible Cover Teacher to join our team and support our learners across multiple subjects and grade levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments while maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the delivery of lessons when regular teachers are absent, following the provided lesson plans and adapting as necessary.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure that students are engaged and focused on their work.
• Support the diverse needs of students, recognizing individual learning styles and providing appropriate assistance.
• Evaluate and assess student progress and understanding during lessons, providing feedback where applicable.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment, implementing school policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student performance and behavior.
• Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
