BIM Operator

We are seeking a skilled BIM Operator to support the design and documentation process of architectural and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Revit and AutoCAD , with the ability to produce accurate models and drawings that comply with project standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to coordinate design elements.
• Update and revise drawings / models as needed based on design changes.
• Assist in implementing BIM standards and workflows across projects.
• Support clash detection, model coordination, and project delivery.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a BIM Operator / Draftsman with Revit and AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of BIM processes, construction drawings, and documentation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks) is an advantage.
