Job description
  • Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of raw materials, components, and finished mobile devices.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts, stock audits, and system updates.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to meet material requirements.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain efficiency.
  • Assist in audits and regulatory inspections
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Experience : 3+ years in warehouse supervision, preferably in electronics or mobile manufacturing.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and MS Office.
  • Soft Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Certifications : Forklift certification, OSHA training, or Lean Warehouse experience is a plus.
