Our Client, A prominent international name with the full spectrum of healthcare solutions, is looking for VP – Finance to Head Finance and Board member for the regional operation of North Africa. Based in Cairo- Egypt.

Reporting to the EMEA Head of Finance for Emerging Markets and Managing a team of direct reports covering all areas of finance. Partners with the regional MD in developing the North Africa business strategy and delivering financial results on plan for a business with an annual turnover of $350M.

Main job responsibilities :

Lead the North Africa annual Budgeting and quarterly forecasting process with the Regional MD.
Lead the preparation and management review of monthly financial reports, which compares

actual vs. plan / latest forecast on a country and regional level.

Providing analytical support as necessary for key business decisions such as : resource

prioritization, field force sizing, trade / distribution agreements, procurement strategies, and

capital projects.

Measuring and tracking profitability by product / country.

Responsible for maximizing long and short-term investment results to align with region

financial projections and business cycle forecasts.

Leading the finance transformation as well as the SAP implementation in North Africa.

Responsible for changing business operating model to provide better efficiency and cost savings across North Africa.

Provide ad hoc analysis related to pricing and discounts.
