Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus. 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the fintech or financial services industry. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly Agile / Scrum. Proven ability to analyze market trends, user feedback, and product performance metrics to drive decision-making. Experience with fintech products, digital banking, or investment solutions. Familiarity with UX / UI principles and user research methodologies.
We are seeking an expert Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development teams have a clear understanding of requirements and priorities.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including Product Manager, customers, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure product alignment with market needs.
- Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and user needs, and translate findings into actionable product features.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and address any issues that arise during testing.
