Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Excellent command of English. 7+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG / Food Production. Strong understanding of retail environments and shopper behavior. Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support key account activities and promotional campaigns.
- Supervise and lead the merchandising team to ensure in-store visibility.
- Monitor and analyze trade marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage trade marketing budget and ROI tracking.
- Train and develop the merchandising team to uphold high standards of retail execution and brand representation.
