Job descriptionPost job ads on the recruitment channelsRecruit, select, orient, and train employees for the company and for specific projectsManaging all of the Recruitment procedures like (Structures, Recruitment plan, Screening, Interviews, hiring procedures).Receiving applicants CVs &proceed the screening and filing process with daily follow up with them.Attending job fairs to get new comers and making database for candidates.Provide company with new sources and making good relations with old sources.Filling applications and making database for recruitment cycle.Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiativesEnsure compliance with labor regulationsMaking orientation for newcomers and sending greeting mail to them.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may ariseAssist in implementation of human resource policiesUndertake tasks around performance managementGather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover ratesOrganize quarterly and annual employee performance reviewsMaintain employee files and records in electronic and paper formEnsure compliance with labor regulationsBachelor's degree in any disciplineExperience from 1-3 yearsPreferably have a Recruitment agencies BackgroundHR Diploma / Certificate is PreferablyExcellent Command in English & ExcelFemales onlyPreferably Qalyubia or Obour residents
