Job descriptionEducation : Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field. Experience : 7+ years of experience as a Draftsman in civil engineering projects, preferably in the infrastructure sector. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) and Microsoft Office applications. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Abu Dhabi is a plus.
Eram Talent is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman - Civil to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings and plans for various civil engineering projects, supporting the effective execution of infrastructure initiatives.
If selected, the work location will be in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities :
- Create detailed and accurate civil engineering drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Collaborate with civil engineers and project teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare layouts, sections, and details for construction and design projects.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and company procedures.
- Review and revise drafts based on feedback from engineers and project managers.
- Maintain an organized filing and record-keeping system for all design documents and revisions.
- Assist in project documentation, including reports and presentations as needed.
