Job description
Responsibilities :
Organization and Classification : The intern will organize and categorize resources in the MENA Knowledge Library based on verticals' needs and ensure all protocols and materials are consistently updated and easily accessible for all staff. The intern will collaborate with other J-PAL MENA team members to identify and prioritize resource needs, and to ensure the library's alignment with J-PAL MENA's objectives.
User Support : The intern will provide assistance to staff on the library, including responding to inquiries, guiding them in navigating the library's resources, and suggesting relevant materials.
Documentation : The intern will maintain documentation of library procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency in resource management.
Keeping personnel and project records up to date on Salesforce.
Supporting day-to-day administration of large, complex research, policy, and training projects supported by a range of donors and requiring administrative collaboration with several AUC support offices (travel, procurement, etc.), working closely with research, research operations, and policy staff who manage individual projects.
Assisting in filing F&O documents on shared drive and keep tracking of all payments.
Preforming any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Skills :
Excellent command of English and Arabic, written and spoken.
Good attention to details with excellent follow up skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish / maintain effective working relationships with team members.
