Project Coordinator - Alchemy Architecture (AA)

Job Description

• Review, analyze, and coordinate all technical packages, drawings, and documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and design intent.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical discrepancies.
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely submission of design and technical documentation.
• Maintain version control and proper documentation of all technical drawings and design revisions.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and best practices throughout all project stages.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline communication and workflow.
• Provide technical guidance and design-oriented feedback to support project delivery.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and visual materials as required.
