Job description8 Years+ of experience is required. Expert knowledge of AWS platform(3-4Yrs) Proficiency in IaC using Terraform and AWS (CloudFormation)(3-4Yrs) Proficiency with scripting in PowerShell, Python and Bash scripts. (3-4Yrs) Experience with Containers Services (K8S, EKS, Fargate) (2-3Yrs) Proficient in building Cloud Automation using Lambda, AWS System manager and EventBridge (2-3Yrs) Experience in enterprise integration pattern and practice (i.e., Event Driven Architecture) (2-3 Yrs.) Proficient and hands-on experience with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence). Knowledge of Agile / Lean methodologies. (4-5Yrs) Good knowledge of CI / CD practices and tools (AWS / GitLab / GitHub) (3-4yrs) Experience in working with Ansible and Jenkins (3-4Yrs) Ability to work in a team as well as independently. Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an AWS Senior Cloud Engineer for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.
Responsibilities :
- Develop automation scripts and infrastructure as code to deploy and manage cloud-based services.
- Create technical artefacts related asset built.
- Work with TEST / SRE team to resolve identified bugs and issues based on criticality.
- Ensure code is written with security first principle and adherence to cloud design pattern.
- Peer review code built by other team members.
- Set up and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines for automated testing and deployment of AWS-based applications.
