Skills Provision is searching for a Chief Executive Officer CEO, for a Financial Services company in Egypt.

The employing company is a leading and prestigious firm with diversified activities in financial and investments services and has earned a professional reputation over the years due to its tremendous growth.

Salary and Benefits

  • E£35,000 p / m

The Role

  • Recommend strategic plans to the Board of Directors.
  • Recommend plans for new products, services and / or new markets.
  • Recommend the general and specific guidelines for controlling management commitment to the company objectives, and future plans.
  • Initiate and recommend organisational structure, as well as policies and procedures to the Board of Directors.
  • Identifies the Board’s need for information and the need to provide them with all necessary reports on a timely basis.
  • Ensures that the company is financially and operationally sound.
  • Performs through subordinates’ periodic reviews on the company’s performance against the approved objectives by performing analysis on :
  • Company’s growth vs. objectives
  • Market developments vs. objectives
  • Operating budgets vs. objectives
  • Monthly and Quarterly financial statements and cash-flow position
  • Direct communication of the Board’s objectives, mission statement, and plans the executive team.

    • Requirements

  • Master’s degree (MBA) in finance or economics or any related field; fifteen years of related experience with a minimum of fifteen years in a leading position.
  • Familiar with the local laws and regulations.
  • High level of Arabic and English interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral.
