Job descriptionGreet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs. Actively promote products, explain features and benefits, and upsell / cross-sell when appropriate. Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly. Process transactions accurately using POS systems. Assist in inventory control, stock replenishment, and product merchandising. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends. 3–5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent customer service orientation and a proactive attitude.
