Job description

MICIT Group - Bevatel Company is hiring now a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join its dynamic team.

Job Description :

  • Follow up New account.
  • Follow up Old account.
  • General meeting for any inquiries & Training meeting.
  • Calls "with coordinate with all team".
  • Prepare contract.

What you'll do :

1- Call center service :

  • Prepare contract + letter if customer will take numbers from us
  • Prepare contract only if customer will depend on his numbers as "STC, landlines or SIM card"
  • If customer will take "devices", follow up with shipment department
  • Open Ticket "Creation, assign number"
  • After finishing the contracts & they're signed by customer Follow up with legal team to review all documents & approve to start activation
  • Initiate "process of activation with technical team"
  • Training session
  • Closing group after confirm that the service is done & stable
  • 2- Business chat service :

  • Prepare contract
  • Open Ticket "create space"
  • Follow up & check with customer "requirements such as website , fb account , credit card , number that he wants to link with dashboard" if customer will activate without verification Then will start verification process after checking "CR, VAT, address no, phone invoice"
  • Select meeting with technical social to start “activation process "if all papers "done"
  • 3- CRM Service :

  • Open Ticket "create users"
  • Select meeting with technical CRM to discuss requirements of customer
  • Send technical demo to customer & wait until he send his requirements to start working it
  • 4- Another service such as "IVR , Autodialler , call evaluation , integration"

    5- Working on contract that the sales team send to us

    6- Working on tickets as general "with all team"

    7- Support with "customer success team" for any issue , STC circuit , business chat , we can help them

  • 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in cloud-based solutions, SaaS, or call center technologies.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
  • GCC market experience is a plus.
