Job descriptionSolid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Oversee the full recruitment cycle from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring alignment with company needs.Handle both white-collar and blue-collar hiring, ensuring the right talent is sourced for each category.Research and engage with new and effective platforms (e.g., Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, social media) for mass hiring.Work closely with department heads to understand job requirements and selection criteria.Create hiring plans with cost and timeline estimates, ensuring necessary approvals before implementation.Generate and track requisition forms for new roles and replacements following the approved hiring plan.Set up HR and technical interviews and handle communication with candidates.Communicate with selected candidates, finalize offers with managers, and issue official documents.Conduct orientation process for the new candidate.Follow up probation periods and oversee proper handovers for resigning staff.Assist in creating, updating, and implementing policies, authority matrices, and org charts.Build clear career paths and implement employee development and retention plans.Define roles through detailed job descriptions and set measurable performance KPIs.Coordinate quarterly evaluations for white collars in addition to monthly evaluation for blue collars and report results to management.Prepare forms and announcements for role changes.Identify training needs from performance reviews and build annual training plans aligned with budgets.Source and coordinate with internal and external training centers for effective delivery.Ensure use of training forms, evaluate training outcomes, and maintain records for audit readiness.Assist the Talent Management Manager with various development tasks and organizational initiativesBachelor’s Degree in any relevant major.Excellent command of MS Office.Excellent in English is a mustexperience with HRIS software.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
