Job descriptionOversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with the warehouse Handle customer service issues and ensure a premium in-store experience Prepare sales reports and KPIs for upper management Train and develop team members to enhance performance and customer service Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in fashion retail Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Good command of English (spoken and written) Passion for fashion and understanding of the luxury retail market Flexible to work shifts and weekends as needed
