Job descriptionCoordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Coordinate work with subcontractors, vendors, and clients Evaluate and recommend the appropriate conflict resolution solution Execute project with the urgency required to deliver business value Determine risk management options Estimate budgetary needs based on the scope of the project Manage costs to ensure project budgets are met Identify and solve construction issues on site Plan and manger schedules Determine quality standards required for project deliverables Plan and manage scope Plan and manager procurement Plan and manage project closure Evaluate and deliver project benefits and value Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Experience in mega projects is a MUST Proven working experience in project management Good understanding of quality control and risk management Excellent organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities Leadership skills Ability to work under pressure Analytical skills Ability to handle pressure and Challenging Deadlines
