Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish within scope, budget, and timeline
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of work
• Review project drawings, BOQs, and contracts to ensure alignment with specifications
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly status reports
• Manage procurement needs and coordinate with the procurement department
• Identify project risks and implement preventive / corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience, specifically in construction or contracting companies
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiar with contract management, site logistics, and cost control
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
