Job Titl e : Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant
Work condition : Hybrid [1-2 days from office at Cairo Festival City, and the rest are from home].
Key Responsibilities :
1. Oracle SCM Implementation :
- Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules : Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Planning.
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective SCM solutions.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through delivery.
2. Customization & Optimization :
Tailor Fusion SCM applications to meet business needs and ensure optimal performance.Recommend and implement process improvements.Provide expert-level troubleshooting and user support.3. Stakeholder Engagement :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) for seamless integration.Train end-users and ensure effective adoption of SCM systems.Maintain transparency by reporting project status, risks, and issues.4. Solution Design & Architecture :
Design scalable, secure, and standards-aligned Oracle SCM solutions.Ensure smooth integration with enterprise systems and future scalability.5. Mentorship & Thought Leadership :
Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing.Stay updated on Oracle Fusion SCM trends and share best practices.Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 5 years experience in Oracle SCM consulting, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
3. Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules : Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Planning
4. Proven success delivering Oracle SCM projects across diverse industries.
5. Led cross-functional teams, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
6. Experience customizing modules to meet specific business processes.
