BlackStone eIT is a leading computer software company that specializes in providing innovative solutions to streamline business processes. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Java Developer at BlackStone eIT, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge software applications.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Java applications.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Implementing best practices and coding standards.
Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Proven experience as a Java Developer, with at least 6 years of industry experience.

Extensive knowledge of Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Experience with relational databases, such as MySQL or Oracle.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
