Job descriptionKey Responsibilities :Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication cultureTrain and develop team members to enhance their sales capabilities.Monitor performance and prepare regular reports for management.Execute sales plans and develop new strategies to expand the customer base.Arrange with the marketing teams to reach the most proper and effective marketing strategies.Represent the company in meetings and presentations with key clients.Required Qualifications :Minimum 5 years of experience in training sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.Proficiency in English.Solid knowledge of the training market in Egypt and the Arab region.Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisorIn-depth knowledge of performance metricsExcellent communication and leadership skillsOrganizational, time-management skills and Decision-making skills.
