Job description
  • Conduct job analysis and collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, sourcing through different channels, and candidate outreach.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Prepare and negotiate job offers in alignment with company policies.
  • Identify areas suitable for outsourcing based on business goals.
  • Evaluate and select external partners or vendors for sourcing projects.
  • Participate in and represent the HR department in career events and employment fairs.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with candidates and outsourcing partners.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Handle the onboarding process and ensure orientation program delivery for new hires monthly.
  • Abide by SLA for closing opening vacancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment and outsourcing activities.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and outsourcing processes.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Requirements

    Educational Requirements :

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Relevant Experience

    • Proven experience in recruitment, selection and / or sourcing roles, with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
    • Familiarity with HR and recruitment software, platforms and tools.
    • Previous experience with ATS is a plus.
    • Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to conduct CBI interviews and assess candidates accordingly.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
