Job descriptionMaintain and update employee records and documentation in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Manage attendance, leaves, and shift schedules via Zoho People system.Ensure accurate entry and tracking of employee data in the HR system.Process onboarding, offboarding, and employee life-cycle documentation.Coordinate with government authorities for social insurance and labor office requirements.Support HR operations including contract management, renewals, and legal documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years of proven experience in personnel affairs.Proficiency in Zoho People is essential.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
