Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex consulting and digital transformation projects in the energy sector. This is a full-time position based in Cairo, Egypt. You will be responsible for planning and managing project workflows, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (technical, policy, and software), ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope, and maintaining close client engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end management of consulting and digital energy projects, from inception to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate internal teams across engineering, software development, data science, and policy domains.
• Act as the primary interface with clients, development banks, utilities, and public sector stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of project documentation including reports, deliverables, and presentations.
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and compliance with project terms and donor requirements.
• Uphold Nexus Analytica’s consulting standards, quality assurance procedures, and delivery frameworks.
