Job description
  • Lead Conversion :
  • Contact and qualify CRM leads via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce Nawy Unlocked’s services.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Proposal Development :
  • Assist in preparing and issuing financial proposals tailored to client needs (e.g., property valuation, investment plans).
  • Project Support :
  • Work closely with Customer Acquisition Managers to execute ongoing projects, including client onboarding and portfolio management.
  • Conduct site visits to assess properties and build client trust, when needed.
  • Documentation :
  • Prepare and review contracts, power of attorney (POA) documents, and transaction records.
  • Maintain organized digital records of client interactions and agreements.
  • Market Intelligence :
  • Provide insights on client preferences and market trends to refine acquisition strategies.
  • Requirements

    • Experience : 2-3 years in client acquisition, sales, or account management.
    • Industry Preference : Background in architecture, real estate, or financial services is a strong plus.
    • Skills :
    • Proficiency in CRM tools
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
    • Mobility : Willingness to conduct occasional site visits.
