Job description

Calling, chatting, and meeting with existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase the company's products and services.

Accurately recording details of customers’ needs and preferences.

Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with the company's products and services.

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Using sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.

Grads Only.

At least 1 year of experience as a sales specialist.

Excellent communication skills.

Familiar with Google Sheets.

Attention to detail.

Flexbility.

Teamwork and motivational skills.

Work Conditions :

8 working hours : Males : 04 : 00 PM- 12 : 00 AM Females : 08 : 00 PM- 12 : 00 AM.
6 Working days.
1 day off.
