Job description
  • Develop and implement comprehensive  digital marketing strategies  to enhance online visibility and bookings across multiple markets.
  • Manage and optimize  multi-language websites , ensuring seamless user experience and SEO performance.
  • Oversee  paid advertising (PPC, SEM), social media, email marketing, and content strategies  tailored to the tourism sector.
  • Lead a team of  20+ marketing professionals , fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, UX) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, budgets, and conversion metrics to stakeholders.
  • 8+ years of experience  in digital marketing, with at least  3 years in a leadership role  (preferably in tourism / hospitality).
  • Proven expertise in managing  multi-language websites  and global digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of  SEO, SEM, programmatic advertising, social media, and analytics tools  (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Ahrefs).
  • Experience managing large teams (20+ members) and agency partnerships.
  • Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
