Job description

Grand Technology is seeking a highly organised and motivated Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time position will be based in El Sheikh Zayed ( Beverly Hills, West Square). The Receptionist / Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems using Microsoft office.
  • Assist with arrangements, including booking flights, internal meetings within the organization.
  • Prepare and process general reports, including Top management reports.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Manage and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
