Transport Modeller

Job Description

Conduct traffic analysis and micro-simulation modelling using VISSIM, Synchro, SIDRA, and other relevant tools.

Collect, analyze, and interpret traffic and transportation data to inform modelling efforts.

Develop and calibrate traffic junction models to evaluate various scenarios and solutions.

Collaborate with project teams to provide insights and recommendations based on modelling results.

Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.

Stay current with advancements in traffic analysis and transportation modelling techniques.

Skills

Proficiency in using traffic modelling and analysis tools such as VISSIM, Synchro, SIDRA, and other relevant traffic and transportation analysis toolkits.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with transportation systems in Cairo or similar urban environments is an advantage.

Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
