As Food and Beverage Manager you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets in a hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while maximizing profitability. This includes managing & staff development, controlling inventory, maintaining high service standards, & ensuring that all health, safety, and sanitation regulations are followed.
