Develop and optimize injection molding processes using scientific principles.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in injection operations.

Design and modify precision assembly and manufacturing equipment.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong expertise in operating injection machines such as Arburg and Haitian.
Proven experience in continuous improvement processes and cost reduction strategies.
