Job descriptionJob Summary : Performance Marketing Lead, specializing in media buying, is a critical role within the marketing team, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of turning data insights into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful media buying campaigns, with a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Job Responsibilities Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (Facebook / Instagram, Google AdWords, ....) Manage media buying activities across multiple channels, including search engines, social media, display networks, and emerging platforms. Set up, optimize, and manage paid search campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization. Utilize social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to reach targeted audiences and achieve campaign goals. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage media buying budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on media buying.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
