We are seeking a passionate and driven Associate Product Manager to join our Cards Squad within the Fintech domain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the development and optimization of card-based financial products, including credit, debit, prepaid, and virtual cards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and operations to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Product Development :  Assist in defining product requirements and user stories for card-related features and services.
• Market Research :  Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to identify trends and opportunities in the cards space.
• Roadmap Execution :  Support the Product Manager in maintaining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration :  Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., compliance, risk, marketing) to ensure product initiatives are well-integrated and compliant.
• Data-Driven Decisions :  Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
• Testing & QA :  Participate in UAT and coordinate with QA teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Customer Focus :  Advocate for the end-user by ensuring products meet customer needs and deliver exceptional experiences.
