E-Commerce Operations Senior Manager - Robusta

Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and / or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany. You will be working with our partner Hyperone.

Job Overview

Responsible for overseeing Hyperone’s Digital Business Fulfilment and Delivery, managing the end-to-end operations across multiple functions. This includes operations planning, quality control, demand planning, store operations, inventory management, fulfilment, and last-mile delivery to ensure efficient and seamless digital operations. Leads a structure of 10 direct reports and a total team of 200+ members, driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement. Plays a key role in aligning operational performance with the company’s digital growth strategy and customer satisfaction goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Set Operations strategy for Hyperone digital business for superb customer experience enabling overall business growth
• Envision & Enable his / her operations team team to deliver annual compelling operations results
• Achieve annual cost saving targets through innovation, digitization & automation
• Keep OOS to minimal to enable business growth and customers' satisfaction
• Deliver the service level (on time delivery) agreed with Hyperone's digital business steering committee
• Increase fulfilment rate MoM as per agreed targets
• Lower cancellation rate MoM as per agreed targets related operations
• Agree on annual rebates / incentive programs with top vendors to enahnce gross margin through annual contracts
• Collaborate with Ecom commercial team to enable better operations planning
• Develop and maintain quality standards through SOPs across all fulfilment centers and their related last miles
• Reviewing P&L on monthly basis and find opportunities for growth whether through new revenue streams, or less COGs
• Reporting to E-commerce Director on monthly & quarterly basis detailed business results VS budgets and develop mitigation plans (if needed)
