Job Description
The Application Delivery Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications, with a primary focus on ERP and HCM systems. This includes overseeing ERP modules (Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, Inventory) and their integrations with CRM, OMS, WMS, POS, E-commerce, and Tax Authority platforms. The role ensures seamless collaboration between departments, driving process efficiency, scalability, data integrity, and compliance. The manager will act as a key liaison between business units and technology, ensuring that application solutions meet business requirements, enhance decision-making, and support overall digital transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Commerce, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and application delivery (real estate industry experience is a plus).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ERP and HCM systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Experience with business processes across Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, and Inventory.
- Proven ability to manage integrations with CRM, E-Procurement, POS, E-commerce, and Tax Authority platforms.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and audit / compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile / Scrum are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
