Procurement Specialist

Responsible for executing all activities related to purchasing, including coordination with suppliers for goods, supplies, and equipment. The role aims to achieve a balance between cost, quality, and delivery schedules to meet the company's procurement goals, while ensuring compliance with regulations and preparing necessary documentation.

• Research the market and identify reliable local suppliers for automotive and IT needs.
• Negotiate prices and contracts to ensure best value for vehicle procurement and IT services / equipment.
• Manage and follow up on all required procurement documents (invoices, certificates, official paperwork).
• Review procurement requests to ensure alignment with company needs and specifications, particularly for the automotive fleet and IT.
• Update supplier data, document contracts, and maintain accurate transaction records for vehicles and IT assets.
• Proficiency in ERP procurement systems and a solid understanding of procurement procedures.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and task execution.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with automotive fleet  and IT procurement processes is a plus.
