Job description

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a ⁠⁠⁠SAP Logistics Execution / Warehouse Management Consultant for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP LE / WM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert-level support for existing SAP LE / WM functionalities.
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP LE / WM related issues.
  • Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP releases, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP LE / WM processes.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives within the warehouse and logistics areas.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects related to SAP LE / WM.
  • Work with various LE / WM functionalities like Inbound / Outbound Processing, Warehouse Structure (Storage Types, Storage Bins), Inventory Management, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Transportation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP LE / WM configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management and logistics execution processes.
  • Expertise in master data management (MDM) within SAP LE / WM.
  • Experience with SAP LE / WM sub-modules (e.g., Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Shipping).
  • Proficiency in ABAP debugging and basic programming is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
