Job Purpose :
Support HR functions at the factory level, including recruitment logistics, on-the-job training, retention initiatives, and payroll coordination.
Job Summary :
This role is the face of HR at the factory and works closely with line managers to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
- Assist with recruitment events and applications
- Support onboarding and buddy system execution
- Provide on-the-job coaching and feedback
- Promote recognition and attendance incentives
- Help track and report HR metrics locally
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education : Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field; certificate in HR or business administration preferredExperience : 2 to 4 years Proven experience as an HR Generalist; experience in F&B or retail environment preferredTechnical Skills : Basic literacy and numeracy; good understanding of workplace safety and hygieneBehavioral Competencies : Approachable and trustworthy; organized and proactive; communicative and team-orientedGood knowledge of employment / labor lawsExcellent communication and people skillsAptitude in problem-solvingDesire to work as a team with a results driven approachPerformance Indicators & KPIs :
