  • Strategic Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to increase market share, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
  • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Budget Management : Create and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Campaign Management : Oversee the planning, implementation, and analysis of all marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and traditional media.
  • Brand Management : Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity, ensuring brand guidelines are followed across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Market Research : Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer behavior, and new opportunities for growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and finance, to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals.
  • Performance Analysis : Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, generate performance reports, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and external agencies.
  • Job Scope

    • Senior-Level Marketing Leadership : Typical candidate must have at least Five years of experience as a Brand Senior Manager or Senior Marketing Manager at an international company.
    • Project and Brand Operations : H ands-on role in organizing and managing product and brand projects. This includes overseeing the entire lifecycle of a marketing initiative, from concept to execution and analysis.
    • Celebrity Endorsements : S uccessful history of cooperating with local celebrities for endorsement deals. This indicates a need for strong negotiation, relationship management, and a clear understanding of how to leverage a public figure's brand to drive consumer interest.
    • Traditional Media and Mobile Media : Experience in managing campaigns on Local TV and OOH (Out-of-Home) media is crucial. The requirement for a "strong relationship with Media".
    • Team Management : You must have at least five years of experience managing a marketing team
    • Leadership : Responsible for mentoring, guiding, and overseeing a group of marketing professionals.
    • Professionalism and Communication : Emphasizing the need for strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Requirements

    • A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is typically required. A Master's degree is often preferred.
    • Professional English skills for both speaking and writing to effectively communicate with international partners and stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
    • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media, and traditional advertising.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and other marketing software.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
