Job description

Foreign Procurement :

  • Identify and evaluate potential international suppliers for light current systems, components, and related services.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for foreign purchases.

Logistics Management :

  • Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange the shipment and delivery of goods from international suppliers.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
  • Work with customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with import / export regulations.
  • Manage and optimize logistics costs, including freight, customs duties, and taxes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement and logistics software (e.g., Odoo).
  • Familiarity with international trade laws and customs regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
