We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B product sales, especially within the construction or project-based industries.
This role involves a mix of office-based work and field visits to actively engage with clients, present our products and services, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Seek out new clients and projects to expand the customer base.
- Daily visits to :
- Engineering offices.
- Contracting companies.
- Potential clients, including owners and employers directly.
- Present products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
- Participate in marketing activities and trade shows.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional plans for products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide necessary support.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years experience in B2B product sales.
- Must have a car.
- Good with Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High ability to negotiate.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Experience (Additional) :
Sales background in the construction industry.Experience in sales involving material submittals, tenders, or similar project workflows.
