Job descriptionAct as the primary HR point of contact for all branches within the Upper Egypt region.Support and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for regional vacancies.Ensure accurate documentation and processing of employment records, contracts, attendance, and leave records.Assist with the implementation and follow-up of performance management.Monitor adherence to HR policies and procedures, and provide support in resolving employee relations matters.Coordinate HR training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs across the region.Maintain updated employee data and regularly report HR metrics to the central HR team.Support payroll processing by ensuring the timely submission of attendance and relevant data.Facilitate communication between regional employees and the head office HR team.Travel to branches as needed for audits, employee support, or HR initiatives.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multi-site or field-based role.Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Upper Egypt.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
