Job description
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for all branches within the Upper Egypt region.
  • Support and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for regional vacancies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and processing of employment records, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
  • Assist with the implementation and follow-up of performance management.
  • Monitor adherence to HR policies and procedures, and provide support in resolving employee relations matters.
  • Coordinate HR training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs across the region.
  • Maintain updated employee data and regularly report HR metrics to the central HR team.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring the timely submission of attendance and relevant data.
  • Facilitate communication between regional employees and the head office HR team.
  • Travel to branches as needed for audits, employee support, or HR initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multi-site or field-based role.
  • Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Upper Egypt.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
