Sales Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team , leading manufacturer and supplier of organic fertilizers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products to farmers, agricultural companies, and other potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
• Provide product training and support to customers and internal teams
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance expectations
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
