Job descriptionDevelop, monitor, and update project schedules using planning tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to align resources and schedules.Analyze risks and propose mitigation plans to avoid production delays.Monitor progress and prepare reports on KPIs, timelines, and resource usage.Provide technical planning support during all phases of operations.Participate in cost estimation and planning for new projects or production expansions.Continuously improve planning systems and workflows for better efficiency and accuracy.A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – Production or Mechatronics Engineering is a must.3+ years of experience in production or project planning, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.Strong knowledge of production processes, planning methodologies, and scheduling tools.Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and planning software (Primavera P6 is a plus).Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
